Constellation Perseus
Seventeenth Sector has always been a rambunctious place for the Core Empire. On the edge of the actual core and extending into the arm, the symbol definitely defines the innate self-centeredness of the stars and their inhabitants. Anything outside of local parochial interest never drew much attention.
At this time, the numerous stars and clusters are not in anyway homogeneous.

Never reconquered after QABAL invasion although technically still part of Empire
